Again, Windows Live Writer is the BEST desktop application on the market for composing blog posts. I use it all the time.
A good thing I like about the Writer is that you can easily draft a blog entry and SAVE it for later without posting it to your Spaces page. Also, the ability to add multiply photos and customize each photo with the Writer\’s tools are EXCELLENT. This is something that makes writing blog entries easier for me because I enjoy sticking photos in my posts.
Another important aspect of Windows Live Writer is that Drafts and Recent Posts are saved to your computer. This is useful as a precautionary measure if something should ever happen to your Blog and you lose your posts. I save all my posts as Drafts before Publishing them so that I will have a backup for just in case.
Windows Live Writer is definitely the BEST blogging tool available. Good stuff.
Nifty piece of software. It\’s quite easy to use, so video tutorials aren\’t really necessary, but hey! knock yourselves out.
I\’m with H.E.A.T.: drafts, image management, theme integration, and offline composition are sweet. And it\’s extensible so it could be used for all kinds of content management.

Before i had to reinstall XP home, i had windows live and it was simply outlayed. I would boot up and WL will tell me if a friend is online at that time. I would respond im\’ing them. Now, reinstalling WL, its a completely different format…I am not greeted as then, i am not alerted that someone is on line with WL…what went on here?
