i hav difficulty opening mails in both, hotmail and live.com mails since many days. pl help
I\’ve tried every way I can think of and I am still not able to access my email account.
It infuriates me that I can\’t delete messages efficiently with Live Hotmail. I\’ll receive a notice that I need to trim my inbox but when I collect them through a search and try to delete them, I have to try, and try and try to get the delete to process. This is incredibly slow and frustrating. I also don\’t know why messages I move to my folders STILL show up in the Inbox AFTER I\’ve moved them. This didn\’t happen before I switched to Live Hotmail. Really sucks. Please advise!
Clearly this outage is not resolved and I see that this issue has caused problems for some time. It would have been nice to have received a notice from hotmail about the problem. This is terrible and is it hard for me to conduct business!

Apparently we, the customers, are the only ones to read these blogs. My personal page with all the links to places I frequently visit are not available as I can see that others have experienced. What is MSN doing? They say they have resolved their problems but obviously they have not. The grief customers are going through without responses is unforgivable. i have been trying to open my email and even try to go from inbox to junk box and am not able to do it. This has started happening when i did the DAMN update.. who messed it up. The old version was doing just fine no problems.. who had too much to drink and decided to write the damn code wrong and F-it up for everyone??
It isn\’t resolved for me either. I\’m running Outlook 2003 with the Outlook Connector and not only is it slow to access hotmail, it also takes up a lot of virtual memory and bogs down XP. Will there be a fix for THIS or can we go back to the way it once was when things actually worked?
The problem is not yet fixed for me which I can understand it may take a while. What I can\’t understand is the total lack of consideration in not having any contact information.

I have a different problem it seems. I use Outlook Express and I sent out emails to all my friends but the ones with hotmail accts all came back but the message wasn\’t that they were having a problem it was accusing me of this. 550 SC-004 Mail rejected by Windows Live Hotmail for policy reasons. A block has been placed against your IP address because we have received complaints concerning mail coming from that IP address. I had to sign up on Windows live just so I could try and get an answer as to why HOTMAIL is accusing me of this…. I really would like an answer because one of the people with your hotmail acct is my nurse and I have to be able to get in touch with her.. HELP ME PLEASE ASAP….. I know everyone else is just as important as I am so can ya please hurry and fix it for all of us but for me stop accusing me of something I have not done……

ok you have now said you have resolved window live muck up, where the update that we where forced to up grade, only to find it woud not load so now stuck with no webcam or communication and can not sign in when you try becauce the new upgrade will not let you so where do i get a staight answer on how to fix it and get back on line

If you forget your password,it is senseless to ask for your password to be sent to your email account…hmmm, is this a conundrum? So how does one get a password reset, when the syatem continuously states that you\’ve signed in too many times. Asks you your secret question in Spanish, when you don\’t speak Spanish..thank GOD , I took Latin in highschool..but that didn\’t even work so here I am responding to each question as requested and am still not able to access my e-mail.
